An open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer is preferred. A smart phone with data plan to access our mobile app. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. Ability to work indoors or outdoors in changing weather conditions. All required Personal Protective Equipment (face covering, gloves, safety vest, etc.) is provided free of charge. Stay physically fit while working outdoors. All driving is done while on community property - no offsite driving or dumping. Great pay - pickup truck owners and vehicles using trailers will receive the higher part of our pay range. Part time hours working 10-15+ hours per week. Work 2-3 hours per night, start time is either 7:00pm or 8:00pm and you are done between 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm (some positions may have earlier start/end times and Sundays may require more hours). Typically work 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday. Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and take these items to the trash compactor or dumpster on the property site (no large or bulk items and no offsite driving and/or dumping). A consumer union should form against them, with a tenants union for each complex. I fucking hate landlords and apartment management companies, and it's for shit like this. If it's a required static charge it should be included in the advertised rent price. Complex's tag on "valet" to make it sound fancy. It's a ridiculous money grab and that's it. The cost should be optional, with anyone who doesn't dispose of their trash properly being fined something if it's a problem, of course we already get fined if our trash can is out on the wrong day or the wrong time. The thing is that people already have to dispose of their own trash regularly, as "valet trash" only comes by twice a week and you are only allowed one bag be picked up and most people have more trash to dispose in a week than can fit in a single bin and be done in 2 days. The maintenance people who actually walk by and grab the trash get $0 of that while they do all of the work exclusively themselves. $25 a month is an absurd amount of money when you add up all the tenants and look at how much the complex is making.
